Episode Summary
He Suye and Shen Xifan's relationship progresses rapidly. After Shen Xifan is stood up on a blind date arranged by her parents, she ends up at a gathering with He Suye and his colleagues. After some teasing and drinking games, Shen Xifan gets drunk and kisses He Suye. He Suye reciprocates, and they share a passionate moment. The next day, He Suye confirms his feelings for her, and they officially become a couple, despite Shen Xifan's impending departure to study abroad.

After He Suye angrily sends Li Jie away, he takes the initiative to message Shen Xifan. He invites her to a snack stall near the entrance of their neighborhood park to try some desserts. He also asks about her departure date for studying abroad. Shen Xifan senses that He Suye isn't in the best mood. Thinking about going to Switzerland in February, the long distance, and the significant time difference, she also feels down and wonders if she should just keep her feelings to herself.
The next day, He Suye takes Li Jie and others to his grandfather's house to hear Yu Liren's evaluation of their project. As soon as it's over, Li Jie deliberately gossips about He Suye and Shen Xifan in front of everyone. He Suye has no choice but to admit that he's still pursuing her.
