Cast & Character List

Zhang Binbin as Xie Xuechen
Xie Xuechen is the young lord of Snow City and the top swordsman in the land. He is the son of Xie Daocheng, leader of the Immortal Alliance. Born with a rare "ten-Spiritual Core" constitution, which signifies exceptional talent, Xuechen carries the heavy responsibility of protecting the human realm from threats. He's a righteous cultivator, dedicated to his duty.

Sun Zhenni as Mu Xuanling
Mu Xuanling is the Holy Maiden of the Dark Abyss, but her true identity is far more ancient and powerful: she's the embodiment of the Chaos Pearl, a primordial artifact. Due to damage to her spiritual core, she's unable to cultivate traditional spiritual power, forcing her to rely on demonic energy.
Xuanling is a character of bold action and strong emotions. She's fiercely independent, courageous, and unafraid to express her feelings, whether love or hate. Her past is marked by hardship. As a child, she endured abuse at the Mingyue Manor and was even pushed out by Gao Fengxu to die in place of his daughter, Gao Qiumin. Surviving against the odds, she was taken in by Sang Qi.
Driven by the kindness Xie Xuechen once showed her, she develops deep feelings for him. While appearing to cooperate with Sang Qi, she secretly aids Xie Xuechen in his fight against the dark forces, repeatedly risking her life for him.

Wang Duo as Nan Xuyue
Nan Xuyue is the distinguished Lord of Yunxiu Manor. He's a complex and intriguing character, initially presented as a rival to the male lead, Xie Xuechen. Both men are renowned for their exceptional innate talents. However, Nan Xuyue's life took a tragic turn due to the machinations of his stepmother and brother. Their conspiracy resulted in the destruction of some of his abilities and left him unable to walk.
During his darkest hour, he encountered Mu Xuanling, whose comfort and companionship offered him a lifeline of hope. This experience deeply impacted Nan Xuyue, and when he reunites with Mu Xuanling years later, he finds himself harboring romantic feelings for her.
Driven by a combination of love and a perceived threat, Nan Xuyue becomes entangled in a moral dilemma. He calculates that Mu Xuanling and Xie Xuechen are destined for a catastrophic "life-and-death" conflict. To protect Mu Xuanling, he attempts to eliminate Xie Xuechen, showcasing a willingness to take extreme measures for the sake of his love. He is a morally ambiguous character, full of plots and plans.

Zhang Yaqin as Gao Qiumin
Gao Qiumin is the young mistress of the Mirror Flower Palace. Initially presented as a seemingly privileged and perhaps somewhat arrogant young lady, Qiumin's life is far more complex than it first appears. She is, in fact, an orphan, the sole survivor of a massacre that destroyed her original home, Mingyue Villa, at the hands of the Dark Clan. Saved by Xie Xuechen, she was subsequently taken in and raised as a disciple by her aunt, Su Ningzhen, the master of the Mirror Flower Palace.
Although rumors once linked her to Xie Xuechen in an arranged marriage, Qiumin views him with gratitude rather than romantic affection. Her true feelings and motivations become clearer as she joins Xie Xuechen and others in their quest to find the Chaos Pearl. This journey also leads her to uncover hidden truths about her own mysterious past.

Wu Yuheng as Fu Lansheng
Fu Lansheng is the young master of the Bixiao Palace. He's known for his kind and enthusiastic personality. After befriending Mu Xuanling and others, Fu Lansheng actively participates in the search for A Bao's father.
During this adventure, he falls head-over-heels for Gao Qiumin at first sight. He becomes her steadfast supporter, offering comfort and unwavering loyalty when she faces challenges and doubts from others. Their relationship deepens as they spend more time together. Finally, beneath the fiery depths of the Molten Abyss, Fu Lansheng musters the courage to confess his love to Gao Qiumin, and the two vow to spend their lives together.

Chen Yu Xian as Feng Yao
Feng Yao is the loyal servant and right-hand man of Nan Xuyue. His backstory is one of profound loyalty and sacrifice. Eleven years ago, during a torrential downpour, Feng Yao knelt for three days and nights at the entrance of Yunxiu Villa, desperately seeking medicine from Nan Xuyue to save his gravely ill younger brother.
Six months later, tragedy struck again. Feng Yao's brother was kidnapped and killed by rogue cultivators. During this same period, Nan Xuyue also experienced a devastating family upheaval, leaving him alone. Feng Yao, deeply indebted to Nan Xuyue, chose to stay by his side, offering unwavering support and companionship.
A significant aspect of Feng Yao's character is his hidden sibling relationship. He later discovers that Xuan Xin is his long-lost twin brother. However, for Xuan Xin's well-being and future, Feng Yao makes the painful decision to keep their relationship a secret.
Feng Yao's devotion ultimately leads to his demise. He sacrifices his life to save Nan Xuyue. In his final moments, he confesses that the object of his love was not the present Nan Xuyue, but the man who, eleven years earlier, offered him an umbrella in the rain – a symbol of the kindness and compassion that initially drew him to Nan Xuyue. This reveals a poignant layer to his character, highlighting the contrast between the past and the present, and the specific moment that defined his feelings.

Chen Muchi as Qian Guang Jun
Qian Guang Jun is a figure of immense power and historical significance. He was the first leader of the Immortal Alliance, and 6,000 years ago, he was renowned as the greatest cultivator of the human race. He united all the immortal sects, creating a powerful force that erected the Wanxian Formation, a magical barrier that protected their world from the invasion of the Dark Tribe.
Despite his strength and leadership, Qian Guang Jun harbored a secret, unrequited love for Supreme Lord Feng Xiang. He never confessed his feelings, only realizing the depth of her love for him when she sacrificed herself, using a swapped formation diagram to take his place in a deadly battle. After Feng Xiang consumed the Longevity Lotus (a magical lotus that causes a one-day cycle of reincarnation), he was willing to become a shadow to accompany her. He has spent the last 6,000 years as her devoted, silent guardian, trapped in this form because of her endless cycle of rebirth.
Driven by his enduring love, Qian Guang Jun eventually seeks the aid of the Demon Lord to break the cycle trapping Feng Xiang. He ultimately sacrifices his own existence, dissipating into nothingness, to grant Feng Xiang her freedom. His story is one of profound love, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication.

Wang Zixuan as Venerable Feng Xiang
Feng Xiang is the ancient founder of the Lingju Island sect. Dating back 6,000 years, she was a powerful figure within the Celestial Alliance, and was romantically involved with Qian Guang Jun. During a critical moment while setting up the Array of Ten Thousand Immortals, she sustained grave injuries protecting Qian Guang. This injury severely limited her lifespan.
Tragically, a misunderstanding led Feng Xiang to believe that Qian Guang was in love with someone else. Driven by this belief, she consumed the Longevity Lotus, which granted her extended life but trapped her in a time loop. Every day, her memory resets, leaving her with an incredibly long life, but confined to an endless "single day."
After Qian Guang sacrificed his life to break this cycle, Feng Xiang made the courageous choice to "rather bear the pain than forget." She chose to carry the weight of her memories and continue their shared, unfinished path alone in the world.
