Spoiler Alert

The episode opens with Lu Na still in a coma. A'Lai, steadfast in his vigil, continues reading comic book stories to her at her bedside. This time, the story revolves around A'Ming, a doctor plagued by an intense fear of blood. We see A'Ming's struggles as a medical intern – he faints during a simple suture procedure, realizing the severity of his hemophobia. He tries to overcome his phobia with unconventional methods, like consuming pig's blood and red drinks, but to no avail.

A'Ming's cousin, A'Xiao, is a plastic surgeon running a small clinic, currently engrossed in breast augmentation research. While A'Ming has dinner at the clinic, he gets a nosebleed, proving that his phobia is still very much present. A'Xiao dismisses his cousin's efforts as futile. Meanwhile, Sister Hong, a chicken rice vendor who underwent a botched breast augmentation by A'Xiao, storms into the clinic demanding compensation. A'Xiao, hearing her voice, hides and asks A'Ming to deal with her.

In a twist of fate, A'Ming ends up helping Sister Hong. He notices her chest pain, suspects a hyperplasia, and advises her to go to the hospital, providing her with a referral to a specific doctor. Sister Hong is grateful for his help.

Later that night, the scene shifts to Situ Xiong and Scarface, planning a jewelry store heist. They execute their plan, violently robbing the store. Sister Hong's husband, a security guard at the store, tries to fight them off but is tragically shot and killed by Scarface. During the struggle, Situ Xiong is severely injured. Scarface, desperate to save his boss, encounters Sister Hong and learns about A'Xiao's nearby clinic.

At the clinic, A'Xiao is terrified by the sight of a bleeding Situ Xiong. Scarface forces him to operate, but A'Xiao, lacking the necessary skills, contacts A'Ming for help under duress.

A'Ming arrives and, predictably, faints at the sight of Situ Xiong's injuries. Situ Xiong points to his pocket, where Scarface finds sunglasses. A'Ming puts them on, and the tinted lenses miraculously curb his hemophobia. However, his lack of surgical experience makes his hands tremble. With A'Xiao's support, they manage to stabilize Situ Xiong. A'Ming urges them to get to a hospital immediately. At this point, Scarface, intending to eliminate any witnesses, prepares to kill both doctors. Just then, Sister Hong bursts in with a cleaver, seeking revenge for her husband's murder, and fatally wounds Scarface. A'Ming and A'Xiao try to stop her, but in the chaos, a weakened Situ Xiong shoots Sister Hong in the chest.

Scarface dies from blood loss. Situ Xiong, ignoring his critical condition, forces A'Ming to drive him to the docks, injuring A'Xiao's leg in the process. A'Ming, desperate to save A'Xiao, insists on taking him to the hospital first. A confrontation ensues, and the car crashes into cargo at the docks. A'Ming grabs the stolen goods, threatening to throw them into the river if Situ Xiong doesn't agree to take A'Xiao to the hospital. Situ Xiong attempts to shoot A'Ming but collapses and dies from his untreated injuries.

A'Ming, seemingly cured of his hemophobia, helps A'Xiao towards the hospital. Later, A'Ming is questioned by the police. Officer A'Jia doesn't believe his story, suspecting A'Ming and A'Xiao of colluding to kill Situ Xiong for the loot. A'Ming is at a loss for words. Fortunately, A'Lai arrives with the recovered stolen goods from the docks, corroborating A'Ming's account. Sister Hong, who survived thanks to A'Xiao's breast implants, also testifies to A'Ming's innocence. The investigation clears A'Ming's name.

The episode concludes with A'Lai increasingly puzzled by the mysterious stranger, Lu Na, who seems to predict the violent events around him.
