Episode Summary
Fang Tao and He Jiahuan reconcile after a misunderstanding involving his ex-wife. Liu Xiaoling goes into labor on Jiahuan's wedding day, causing some drama. He Jiahuan later gives birth to a son. He Jiaxi accidentally injures her boyfriend, Yan Hongyu, leading to family discussions about their relationship.

The episode opens with He Jiahuan returning to her dorm, visibly upset. She sees Fang Tao and pointedly ignores him, angrily eating plain buns and pickles. The tension thickens when Lina, Fang Tao's ex-wife, arrives and goes into Fang Tao's room. Jiahuan is furious. However, Fang Tao soon seeks out Jiahuan to explain. He reveals that his work unit allocated him an apartment, and Lina came to discuss it. He assures Jiahuan that he has no intention of getting back together with his ex-wife, and that his heart belongs to Jiahuan. Hearing this, Jiahuan is moved to tears, and the couple reconciles.
With all misunderstandings cleared up, the He family fully accepts Fang Tao. Everyone, except for Zhang Jianguo and He Jiawen's couple, who are busy, gathers for a joyful meal. Fang Tao makes a heartfelt declaration of love to Jiahuan, earning applause from the assembled family.
Meanwhile, Liu Xiaoling's pregnancy is advancing. She asks Tang Zhenmin to get her some food, but he takes three hours, secretly spending the time dancing in the park. Xiaoling is furious and returns to her mother's house, even threatening divorce. Her mother, Liu Meixin, reminds her that she's about to be a mother and needs to be less impulsive.
The next morning, Zhang Qiufang (Tang Zhenmin's mother) brings Zhenmin to apologize. She promises that Lixia(Tang Youmin's wife) will help take care of Xiaoling, ensuring no further problems. Zhenmin vows to never go dancing behind Xiaoling's back again, and she gradually calms down.
The big day arrives: He Jiahuan's wedding. He Jiali reflects on how her younger sisters are all getting married, and she's getting older. Fang Tao arrives at the He house with flowers and a car to pick up He Jiawen, surrounded by the excited neighbors. As the He family prepares to go to the wedding, Liu Xiaoling suddenly goes into labor! Jiahuan is annoyed that her younger sister is stealing her thunder, but Fang Tao jokes that if she's upset, she can just have a baby of her own. The newlyweds share their wedding night.
Even after giving birth, Liu Xiaoling still feels that Tang Zhenmin is incredibly unreliable and regrets getting married. He Jiayi visits Xiaoling and asks her to name her son. Xiaoling chooses the name "Tang Yangyang," inspired by a musical score. When Zhenmin returns, Jiayi leaves and runs into her husband, Ouyang Bao, who has unexpectedly bought a car for 180,000 yuan.
He Jiayi, now flaunting her newfound wealth with a car, buys a lot of clothes for her grandmother and mother. They are shocked that one piece of clothing costs 2,000 yuan. Jiayi says that life is short, one should enjoy when they can. He Wen and Liu Meixin feel very gratified.
Time passes, and He Jiahuan is now six months pregnant. She's still focused on work, determined not to let her colleagues take over her position. As Fang Tao is taking Jiahuan home, she suddenly goes into labor. She gives birth to a healthy son, whom they name Fang Zhicheng. Liu Meixin, He Jiali and her husband, and He Jiayi and her husband visit the hospital. Jiayi decides to let Sister Liao take care of Jiahuan during her postpartum confinement.
In the evening, Yan Hongyu takes He Jiaxi to a hilltop to look at the moon, and he impulsively kisses her. However, while Jiaxi is making a wish to the moon, she accidentally bumps Hongyu, causing him to fall down the hillside and end up in the hospital. Wang Huaimin (Hongyu's mother) urgently calls He Jiali, revealing that the two are dating. Jiali feels the Wang family isn't a good match for her younger sister and rushes to discuss it with Liu Meixin.
Meanwhile, Wang Huaimin visits He Wen to propose marriage on behalf of her son, offering a sum of money. He Wen refuses the money. Wang Huaimin then goes to Liu Meixin, explaining the situation between the two young people and arguing that parents shouldn't stand in the way of true love. She leaves the money again, and Liu Meixin, unable to refuse, quickly closes up shop and heads home.
