Episode Summary
Tang Qi wrestles with his conflicting feelings for "Fang Jin," unaware she's actually Su Chengcheng. Su Chengcheng is trapped in her Fang Jin persona due to a filter glitch. Fang Jin wins her divorce and company ownership, rejecting her ex-husband's attempts at reconciliation. A product launch is planned, and the shy Fang Jin is encouraged to attend. Tang Qi discovers a product flaw and has confusing encounters with both Fang Jin and Su Chengcheng (disguised as a wax figure). He shows signs of liking "Fang Jin" again, leaving Su Chengcheng to contemplate his feelings. Fang Jin is encouraged to attend the launch event.

This episode throws us deeper into the tangled web of feelings and mistaken identities surrounding Su Chengcheng, Fang Jin, and Tang Qi. Tang Qi, still reeling from his near-death experience with Fang Jin (who is actually Su Chengcheng in disguise), realizes he's developed genuine feelings for her. Conflicted and believing he's being unfaithful, he drowns his sorrows in alcohol and confides in Gu Yu. He admits his feelings for Fang Jin fluctuate wildly – he's drawn to her one moment and repelled the next. The truth, of course, is that he's attracted to Su Chengcheng's Fang Jin persona and indifferent to the real, introverted Fang Jin. Gu Yu, understandably confused, can only offer a sympathetic ear and a shared drink.
Meanwhile, Su Chengcheng is stuck as Fang Jin due to a "filter" malfunction, and she's forced to reveal the truth about the bracelet to the real Fang Jin. Manager Su promises to help Fang Jin win her divorce case and ensure that her sleazy ex-husband, Guan Shengyu, gets what's coming to him.
Justice is served as Fang Jin finally divorces Guan Shengyu and is recognized as the rightful founder of Xin Nan Company. Guan Shengyu, stripped of everything, pathetically tries to reconcile with Fang Jin outside the courthouse, but she sees through his charade and firmly rejects him.
As Su Chengcheng and Lin Yuan prepare to celebrate Fang Jin's victory, Gu Yu unexpectedly arrives. At the same time, Su Qingli returns with Fang Jin, forcing Su Chengcheng to hide since she's still stuck in her Fang Jin form. Fang Jin reveals she's sold her patent to the QianNiao Ji Company, delighting both Zhou Jinli and Gu Yu, and she takes the opportunity to praise Su Chengcheng's contributions. QianNiao Ji plans a product launch event and wants Fang Jin to attend, but the naturally shy Fang Jin hesitates to be in the public eye. Su Qingli, with her outgoing personality, encourages Fang Jin to step into the spotlight, and her vibrant energy immediately catches Zhou Jinli's attention.
Back at the lab, Tang Qi needs to discuss some technical issues with Fang Jin. Both Su Chengcheng and Fang Jin are present, and Su Chengcheng hides to avoid being discovered. Tang Qi points out a flaw in the product, unaware that it's the same one Su Chengcheng had already identified and Fang Jin had fixed. As Tang Qi is about to leave, the cabinet door where Su Chengcheng is hiding pops open. She frantically shuts it, but it's obvious someone is inside. Fang Jin improvises, claiming it's just a rat. Tang Qi, concerned for Fang Jin's safety, investigates, forcing Su Chengcheng to pose as a wax figure to escape detection.
In a surprising twist, Tang Qi finds himself strangely drawn to the "wax figure," almost reaching out to touch it before Fang Jin stops him. Embarrassed, he rushes out, leaving behind some belongings. While picking them up, Fang Jin discovers the lamp Tang Qi made during a blackout, a moment the real Fang Jin knows nothing about. She asks Su Chengcheng to step in and talk to Tang Qi as Fang Jin. During this interaction, Tang Qi's attraction to "Fang Jin" resurfaces, confirming Su Chengcheng's suspicions about his feelings. She quickly makes an excuse and leaves.
Later, Gu Yu brings his pet turtle to Lin Yuan's house, as it's the same kind as hers. Back at Lin Yuan's place, Su Chengcheng can't stop thinking about Tang Qi's gaze during their encounter. Lin Yuan notices her preoccupation and inquires. Just as Su Chengcheng is about to reveal Tang Qi's feelings for Fang Jin, Su Qingli enters with a beautifully dressed Fang Jin, captivating both women. Manager Su plans for Fang Jin to wear this outfit to the product launch. Although nervous about her social anxiety, Fang Jin, with everyone's encouragement, resolves to attend.
