Spoiler Alert

The episode opens with Tang Qi reeling from Su Miao's death. Su Chengcheng feels responsible and worries about Tang Qi's well-being. She also wants to destroy all of Su Miao's belongings at Tang Qi's place, hoping to sever Tang Qi's lingering attachment to her deceased sister. However, Tang Qi is dismissive of Chengcheng and refuses to let her in.

Desperate to get inside, Chengcheng transforms into an alpaca. She has Lin Yuan lie to Tang Qi, claiming the alpaca belonged to Su Miao. Hearing this, Tang Qi immediately welcomes the alpaca inside. He even researches alpaca care online, learning they prefer cold temperatures, and proceeds to blast the air conditioning for Chengcheng (still in alpaca form), much to her discomfort.

While Tang Qi is distracted, Chengcheng searches for him and finds him admiring Su Miao's notes. Determined to end Tang Qi's reminiscing, she kicks him to the floor and tears up the notes. Tang Qi is initially shocked, but instead of getting angry, he comforts the alpaca. He then grabs a vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. Chengcheng takes this opportunity to wreak more havoc, destroying Su Miao's cosmetics.

Chengcheng, expecting Tang Qi's anger, runs away, but Tang Qi corners her with a carrot. Chengcheng reluctantly takes a bite to avoid a trip to the vet, which Tang Qi threatens.

Confused by the alpaca's "temperament," Tang Qi calls Gu Yu for help. Gu Yu, who has experience at an animal protection association, offers to come over. Worried that Gu Yu will expose her, Chengcheng asks Lin Yuan to intercept him. Lin Yuan, disguised as a construction worker, tries to block Gu Yu's car, claiming the road is closed. When that fails, she fakes a collision, but Gu Yu sees through her act. She finally resorts to pretending to sprain her ankle, forcing Gu Yu to take her home. However, she actually sprains her ankle while getting up.

Back at Tang Qi's, he confides in the alpaca (Chengcheng), revealing that he's a "four-color person," meaning he has heightened color sensitivity, explaining his strong reactions to brightly colored clothes. Before falling asleep, Tang Qi takes out a bracelet that Chengcheng accidentally left at his place earlier, mistaking it for Su Miao's. He's grateful he didn't return it, as it now serves as a memento.

Lin Yuan continues to try to keep Gu Yu at her place, pretending to be hungry. While Gu Yu cooks, Lin Yuan receives a message from Chengcheng, confirming she has escaped Tang Qi's house.

Tang Qi wakes up after adapting to the situation for over ten hours and only finds Gu Yu. He frantically searches for the alpaca, believing it ran away. He then receives a call claiming Chengcheng found the alpaca and took it to the zoo. The caller (presumably Chengcheng herself) tells Tang Qi that it was Su Miao's last wish, and that the alpaca was only lent to Tang Qi for a day.
