Plot Synopsis
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Yuwen Liang's wedding day turns into a nightmare when his entire family is framed bypowerful enemies, imprisoned, and tragically killed. Only Yuwen Liang, the eldest son, survives, escaping with the helpof a fellowprisoner, Lao Luo. Before dying, Lao Luo entrusts Liang with aprecious fortune and a mission: to find his daughter, Xian Qing.
Ten years later, Liang returns to Shanghai, reinvented as a wealthy South Seas businessman named Henry Luo (Hengli Luo). His immense wealth draws the attention of everyone around him, including his old friend Li Siwen and his former love, Lan Xinyi.
