Spoiler Alert

Meet Wei Zhi, a talented and strikingly beautiful manga artist. She's not just relying on her looks, though – Wei Zhi is a dedicated artist, spending hours at her computer, bringing her creations to life. Even her dreams are filled with manga characters! But her hard work is taken for granted by her boss, Mr. Wang, who's more interested in having her attend pointless business dinners.

At one such dinner, Wei Zhi learns that the potential investors haven't even read their manga. They're only interested because of the studio's impressive online engagement numbers. Disheartened, Wei Zhi is suddenly hit with another blow: a viral video accuses her studio of using AI to generate artwork, a blatant lie considering she painstakingly draws everything by hand.

Wei Zhi tries to explain the situation to Mr. Wang, but he refuses to listen, demanding she issue a public apology and blame the supposed AI creations on her assistant. Wei Zhi stands her ground, refusing to throw her innocent colleague under the bus. This defiance gets her fired, and Mr. Wang adds insult to injury by dousing her with a glass of water.

Now jobless, Wei Zhi resorts to selling prints of her work at a manga convention. Even then, her vindictive former boss tries to shut her down, claiming copyright infringement. Just when Wei Zhi is at her lowest, a handsome stranger with a perfect "manga profile" appears. This is Shan Chong, who Wei Zhi had previously helped when he was working a part-time job dressed as a fluffy bear mascot. Some kids had spilled ice cream on him, and Wei Zhi had scolded them and carefully cleaned his costume. Shan Chong, hidden inside the bear head, was deeply grateful and never forgot her kindness. Now, seeing her in trouble, he steps in, buying a large amount of her artwork and even her used drawing tablet.

Later, Wei Zhi is captivated by a large screen displaying a video of Shan Chong snowboarding. She's mesmerized by his skill and grace, and it sparks a new idea for her manga: a snowboarding male lead! Her friends love the concept, and despite her recent setbacks, Wei Zhi feels a renewed sense of hope, thanks to their support.

To gain inspiration, Wei Zhi signs up for a snowboarding class. And guess who's there? Shan Chong. He instantly recognizes her and, upon hearing her name for the first time, decides to take her under his wing as her personal instructor. Wei Zhi is unaware that this cool, aloof guy is already harboring a soft spot for her from their previous encounter. The sparks are about to fly, both on and off the slopes!
