Spoiler Alert
Mo Xiao has been sweating bullets about Wu Chen, especially since his Heart-Link Stone isn't giving him any feedback. Then, Xie Lingyun shows up with a ransom note! The Poison Lady and her crew are demanding Mo Xiao open the barrier in exchange for Wu Chen. Talk about a stressful Tuesday!
Mo Xiao heads to the barrier and gets pressured to open it. But our boy isn't a pushover. He unleashes a gazillion flying swords, holding them over everyone's heads, demanding they release Wu Chen. He warns them that nobody's leaving without Wu Chen safe and sound. Xie Lingyun tries to talk him down, but when he sees Mo Xiao is dead set on this, he decides to stick by him through thick and thin, adding pressure on the baddies to release Wu Chen. Murong Jing then throws her hat in the ring, unleashing her Treasure Pagoda Bell, which causes everyone massive headaches. During the counterattack, the bell falls into the water and Xie Lingyun gets hurt protecting Murong Jing.
Then, BAM! Phoenix Mask shows up, forcing Mo Xiao to make a Sophie's Choice: save Wu Chen or let everyone else go. Mo Xiao, ever the noble hero, offers his life for Wu Chen and agrees to go with Phoenix Mask, telling Xie Lingyun and Murong Jing to head back and wait for him. Xie Lingyun notices Murong Jing is eyeing the lake, realizing she's bummed about losing her Treasure Pagoda Bell.
Meanwhile, up at Shushan, they're getting wind of Wu Chen's shenanigans. Yuan Beichen isn't sure what to make of it all and decides to hold off on making any rash decisions. Just then, the folks from Penglai Mountain and the Immortal Domain show up, demanding Shushan clarify that they have nothing to do with the Secret Vault and aren't interested in it. Apparently, everyone thinks the three sects are in cahoots, and they're worried Mo Xiao's actions will reflect poorly on them. They even suggest Shushan strip Mo Xiao of his title as Young Leader. Yuan Beichen reluctantly agrees that if Mo Xiao can't handle this situation properly, he'll lose his position. Ouch!
Back at home base, Zisu and the gang are worried about Mo Xiao and want to go rescue him. But Xie Lingyun stops them. He figures Phoenix Mask couldn't have taken Mo Xiao if he didn't go willingly. He believes Mo Xiao has a plan and that staying put is the best way to help him.
Phoenix Mask chains Mo Xiao up and drops a bombshell: she's the real Feng Lixue, and Wu Chen is just a pawn. She claims she's been fueled by hatred all these years, just to feel alive. Mo Xiao, with tears in his eyes, says he's willing to take on whatever it takes to bring Feng Lixue back. Phoenix Mask scoffs at his "lies" and throws him into a pit of darkness filled with creepy laughter and screams. Mo Xiao, ever the stoic, starts chanting scriptures.
Jixing Luo tracks down Mo Xiao and Phoenix Mask, wanting them to open the Secret Vault. But Phoenix Mask schools him. During the fight, Phoenix Mask gets injured, and Jixing Luo realizes she's using demonic powers and questions her identity. Mo Xiao breaks free and joins forces with Phoenix Mask to defeat Ziying and Jixing Luo. They manage to escape, and Jixing Luo orders Ziying to investigate Phoenix Mask's background.
Even though Mo Xiao saved Phoenix Mask, she's still planning to off him. But Chang Ming intervenes, causing Phoenix Mask to fail. She's forced to retreat, blaming Chang Ming for interfering. Chang Ming, however, doesn't care and accuses Phoenix Mask of disobeying Chong Guang's orders.
Murong Jing brings medicine to Xie Lingyun, but he's nowhere to be found. She frantically searches for him and finds him unconscious by the river. Xie Lingyun, knowing how much Murong Jing cares about her Treasure Pagoda Bell, braves his injuries and dives into the river to retrieve it. Murong Jing is super grateful, and it seems like she's starting to develop feelings for Xie Lingyun. Aww, young love!
Phoenix Mask intentionally releases Wu Chen but sends out a message that anyone can enter the treasure vault and loot it. The crowd attacks Mo Xiao, but Wu Chen suddenly wakes up and freezes everyone solid before passing out again. Mo Xiao is furious and sets up a barrier, warning anyone who dares to cross it that they'll face the wrath of his Feng Yue sword. Seeing that Phoenix Mask has already bailed, the crowd disperses.
Back at headquarters, Zisu and her buddies are discussing the day's events, finding it all a bit bizarre. Wu Chen can freeze anything, but he didn't freeze Phoenix Mask, and his powers seem stronger than ever.
Jixing Luo gets dragged before Chong Guang, who accuses him of siding with the Demon Clan and betraying Ye Yuan's trust. Chong Guang claims he hasn't killed Jixing Luo only because he promised Ye Yuan he wouldn't. He orders Jixing Luo to be locked up in the Demon Prison and heals Ziying's face, which was scarred by Jixing Luo. He tells Ziying to wait for Jixing Luo's punishment before returning to his side.
Chong Guang, aware that the Demon Clan doesn't trust him, tells Left Protector Ming Huang and Wushuang that he's not one of them and that this is just a stepping stone for him. He promises to return the Demon Clan eventually and tells them not to rush things. Ziying, grateful that Chong Guang healed her, begs to stay with him, and Chong Guang agrees.
Wu Chen is badly injured, and Mo Xiao spends three days and nights trying to heal her, only managing to protect her vital organs. Seeing Wu Chen in pain, Mo Xiao focuses solely on saving her. Zisu, worried about Mo Xiao's well-being, wants to help but is stopped by Xie Lingyun and Murong Jing, who fear she'll only make things worse.
Mo Xiao stumbles out of the room and collapses. Luckily, Xie Lingyun managed to find Shi Bujiu, who gives Mo Xiao a pill. He then demands a Soul Returning Pill from Xie Lingyun, who refuses, saying the person he wants to save isn't Mo Xiao. He offers two jars of Peach Blossom Wine instead. Shi Bujiu ups the ante to four jars, but Mo Xiao jumps in and promises ten, leaving Xie Lingyun speechless.
Shi Bujiu examines Wu Chen and realizes she's already been treated, which annoys him because he's worried he won't get the credit. Mo Xiao quickly assures him that he didn't do anything and that all the credit goes to Shi Bujiu. Shi Bujiu is thrilled and agrees to help, but only if everyone leaves the room. Mo Xiao makes sure everyone, including a reluctant Xie Lingyun, exits the room.
And that's the end of Episode 11! What will happen next? Will Wu Chen recover? What is Phoenix Mask planning? And will Xie Lingyun ever get his Peach Blossom Wine? Stay tuned!
