Episode Summary
Zhou Shui struggles with his film career and past love. He reconnects with Xiao Juan, while Dai Daji becomes a successful producer. Shen Jingshu's complicated life is revealed. Su Zihao and Ya Tian break up. Zhou Shui may face Tong Leyi again.

Ep 25 of "Such a Good Love" gets a little heavy.
So, Zhou Shui is still chasing his film dreams, but it's not going great. Manjiaxin and Chaojie, those studio execs, promised him they'd finally produce his passion project, "Worthy of Love" , but surprise, surprise, they're backing out again. Zhou Shui brought in the money, but they only care about what they want to film, not what he wants.
Desperate, Zhou Shui tries to get his old crew, Xiao Mao, A Ze, and Xue Cheng, together to make the movie independently. But thanks to Dai Daji's past actions , they're not interested. After they leave, Zhou Shui is feeling seriously alone. He tries to imagine he's not, but the reality is, he's on his own.
Speaking of Dai Daji, even though she's not around, she stumbles across Zhou Shui's footage of "Worthy of Love." Seeing those old scenes of them running through Beijingwith sparklers, she's hit hard. Zhou Shui feels like he betrayed not only their love but also their shared dreams. Ouch.
Fast forward to 2018, Zhou Shui heads to Ezhouto find Daji, but things take a turn for the worse. Daji's mom passed away after her illness worsened. The neighbors tell Zhou Shui that Daji was devastated and ended up selling the house and leaving. Zhou Shui had all these scenarios in his head about how their reunion would go, but this wasn't one of them.
In a dramatic move, Zhou Shui jumps into the river, hoping Daji will show up like in a movie scene. But no such luck. Xiao Juanis the one who saves him. Xiao Juan's also having a rough time – her business failed, she's pregnant, and her man bailed on her. Zhou Shui realizes Daji doesn't need him, and there's no point in trying to force it. So, in a kind of "what now?" moment, they jokingly decide to go back to Chongqingand open a hot pot restaurant and an ice jelly stand. And, surprisingly, it works out!
Now it's 2025, and their little food ventures are doing well. Zhou Shui finds out that Dai Daji is a successful producer now, while he's completely out of the film industry. Su Zihaokeeps pushing Zhou Shui to come back to Beijingand make movies, but he refuses. He won't go back, and he won't sell the rights to his stories.
Meanwhile, Yao Ming has an art exhibition that includes some of Tong Leyi'swork. They're making good money, but Tong Leyi acts like she doesn't care about the fame, just the cash. Yao Ming wants to introduce them to a "sugar daddy" investor, and it turns out to be Shen Jingshu .
Shen Jingshu has a son and is still with Yaling ! Turns out, two years ago, Mr.Liao got sick, and Shen Jingshu came back to take over the inheritance. She went back to her hometown and made a deal with her parents: she'd support her brother if they sent her niece, A Mei, back to school. That's when she ran into the real Shen Jingshu . Shen Jingshuoffered the real Shen Jingshu money to leave Yaling, saying they were done. Shen Jingshu and Yaling claim they're happy, but Daji doesn't know what to say. It's messy.
Su Zihaoand Ya Tianare getting married. They've got the house, the car, and family support, but their relationship is kinda... boring. They realize they're just not that into each other and call it off.
San San , Zhou Shui's kid with Xiao Juan, is starting elementary school, and they're planning a trip to Chengdu . Su Zihao tries one last time to convince Zhou Shui to come to Beijing . He's going there to see Tong Leyi . The episode ends with the big question: Will Zhou Shui finally face the girl he once loved?
The final scene is a killer. Tong Leyi is dragging Dai Daji into a meeting to discuss a project. Su Zihao is there, and when Dai Daji walks in, she sees Zhou Shui. His hair is gray, and he's not the passionate young filmmaker she remembers. She's instantly emotional. Talk about a cliffhanger!
