Plot Synopsis

The story kicks off in Yunhai City, where they've just established a special unit in thePeople'sProcuratorate dedicated to juvenile cases – basically, a team focused on legal issues involving minors. Leading the charge is Lin Zhitao (played by Ren Suxi), aprosecutor who's got a ton of experience but also a stubbostreak a mile wide.

Her first case? A real heartbreaker. It involves a middle schooler named Zhang Wenxuan who tragically jumped off a building after being bullied relentlessly. We're talking serious stuff: video shaming, beatdowns – the works – by three other kids: Huang Jiawang, Chen Xiaobin, and Li Hui. The twist? Because they're all minors themselves, they get off with relatively light sentences.

Cue Zhang Wenxuan's mom (played by Liu Lin), who is understandably devastated and furious. She can't accept the court's decision and stages aprotest right outside theprosecutor's office, even accusing Lin Zhitao of corruption! This whole mess exposes a huge gapbetween how the legal systemprotects minors and what thepublic expects in terms of justice. And it throws Lin Zhitao into a full-blownprofessional crisis.

"EndlessProtection" really shines a light on the complexities of juvenile justice. It's about this newly formed team, led by Lin Zhitao and her assistant Bai Enyu, fighting tooth and nail against the darker side of human nature toprotect these kids. It's a heavy drama, for sure, but it's also incredibly compelling and thought-provoking. If you're looking for something with substance that'll keepyou hooked, give this one a shot.
